Supsan’s global epitomic success in Customer Satisfaction. Supsan who is the largest engine valve, valve guide, valve cotter producer of Turkey, accomplished successful results in the research on 2009 customer satisfaction and loyalty performed by TNS-Piar company, despite the global crisis.

The customer loyalty index of Supsan is determined to be 90 in 2009. Last year this figure was accomplished as 81. Consequently, Supsan has accomplished a global success with respect to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Supsan, maintains its success with respect to customer satisfaction as a result of the studies performed within the scope of VoC (Voice of Customer Management) and 6 Sigma projects. An independent company TNS-Piar who performs customer satisfaction and loyalty surveys during last three years, revealed that Supsan accomplished success in global standards in 2009 on this field. The Customer loyalty index of Supsan is determined to be 90 in 2009.

This score is confirmed to be 87 in Europe and 90 in the World for the companies that accomplish best performance (best 10%) within the segment of “Industrial Product and Services” in which Supsan operates. Supsan declared that the success accomplished with respect to Customer Satisfaction in 2009 despite the economical crisis depends on new products and implementation of VoC and 6 Sigma projects which have the key role in this success.general Manager Salih Alson stated that:

“Despite the global economic crisis, we continued our activities without making concession of our targets in customer satisfaction and loyalty. The most significant factors of this achievement were paying attention to our customers in VoC (Voice of Customer) implementation and maintaining our 6 Sigma Tradition with success. Furthermore, we believe we receive the affirmative results of our four new products from our customers which were introduced to the market within last year. We achieved to introduce our new products that are gasket set, engine bearings, valve lifters and camshaft, within our principle to supply premium quality in the sector with low cost. We appreciate the interest in our products which provided us such a significant success in customer satisfaction.

In 2009 Supsan is also granted ISO 10002:2004 Quality Management Standard Certificate which aims to respond to expectations and complaints of customers in most efficient way and to accomplish high level of customer satisfaction thereby. ISO 10002: 2004 Quality Management Standard Certificate brings specific standards to companies in order to respond expectations and complaints of customers in most efficient way. The Standard has a guiding role for companies in order to show the actions to be taken in case of dissatisfaction of customers.
