We moved Borusan Boru's 4,000 square meters factory in Sefaköy to our new 58,000 square meters modern facilities in Halkalı.

We organized Borusan Boru's first export of USD 100,000 to Syria.

We established Borusan Mühendislik, one of Turkey's leading heavy industry machinery manufacturers.

We established Supsan, which manufactures engine valves and valve accessories, one of the sensitive parts of internal combustion engines, in Sefaköy, Istanbul.

We established Borusan Holding and gathered all our companies under the roof of Borusan Holding.

We established Boru Nakliyat to operate in the field of land transportation.

We started production at Supsan under the license of the American Eaton S.r.L.

We established Borusan Boru Gemlik Facilities.

We established Borusan Investment. To date, our company has participated in major Borusan companies operating in the steel, distributorship and integrated logistics sectors.

We established our first port in Gemlik.

As part of Boru Nakliyat, we started to provide customs clearance, port management and warehousing services in 1983.

We became the distributor of BMW in Türkiye through Borusan Otomotiv Group.

We established our company Bortrans, which operates in many fields, especially ship chartering, port management and maritime transportation.

We established Borçelik, Turkey's first cold steel sheet producer in the private sector, and started operations in 1994.

Asım Kocabıyık and his family established the Asım Kocabıyık Culture and Education Foundation.

We became the distributor of BMW Motorrad in Türkiye through Borusan Otomotiv Group.

We transformed the Borusan Chamber Orchestra into a philharmonic orchestra.

We became the distributor of MINI in Türkiye through Borusan Otomotiv Group.

We established Borusan Lojistik and opened our second dock in Gemlik with an investment of USD 18 million.

We acquired the Structo Vobarno factory based in Italy through Borusan Mannesmann Boru.

With Arcelor, Borçelik's French partner, we invested USD 140 million in capacity increase and galvanized sheet plant.

We commissioned Borçelik's second hot dip galvanizing line GALVA 2 as part of the modernization investment.

We signed the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, which consists of 10 articles on human rights, labor standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption.

As Borusan Holding, we entered the energy sector by acquiring a 70% of the shares of Maya Enerji.

We established a partnership with Manheim (USA), the world's leading organization in the used car market, through Otomax.

As Borusan Holding, we decided to partner with Germany's third largest energy company EnBW AG.

We became one of the first three companies in Turkey to sign the Cancun Declaration against global warming.

We opened Afyonkarahisar Asım Kocabıyık Microfinance Branch to support women entrepreneurship.

We became the leader of the sector through Borusan Lojistik, by acquiring all of the shares of Balnak Lojistik.

We started operations at the pipe production facility we established in Gemlik with an annual capacity of 250,000 tons, through Borusan Mannesmann. We decided to establish a pipe production facility with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons in the USA with an investment of USD 150 million.

We committed to support women's empowerment by signing the UN WEP (United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles).

As Borusan EnBW Enerji, we reached a total portfolio size of 700 MW.

Our Founder and Honorary Chairman Asım Kocabıyık passed away.

In order to support women's employment in Turkey, we launched the "My Mom's Job is My Future" corporate social responsibility project in cooperation with the Ministry of Family and Social Policies and the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.

The Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra became the first and only orchestra from Turkey to be invited to the BBC Proms, one of the world's most prestigious classical music festivals. 6,000 classical music enthusiasts attended the concert held on July 29.

We became the distributor of Jaguar in Türkiye through Borusan Otomotiv Group.

As Borusan Group, we acquired a new Cat distributorship in Far East Russia and increased our international footprint to 11 countries on 3 continents.

We launched our innovation brand Bukoli to provide special delivery services for the e-commerce sector.

As a result of our innovation and digitalization efforts, we established Benim Filom.

Borusan Port, our subsidiary, received the "Green Port/Eco Port" certificate issued by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications.

We established an Engine Test Center for Supsan A.Ş. at our facility in Sefaköy in order to meet the needs of our customers.

We launched ParçaPazarı.com as an e-commerce website for automotive service professionals.

As Borusan Holding, we took over 50% of the shares of the US Cox Automotive Group, which had a partnership in the used automotive auction company Borusan Manheim, and became the sole owner of the company.

On Borusan Mannesmann's 60th anniversary, we announced a new investment of USD 75 million in Gemlik to produce special pipes for the automotive industry.

In the first 8 months of 2019, Borusan Lojistik's eTA platform grew 5 times compared to the same period of the previous year and became the 3rd largest logistics platform in Europe.

We have made our sustainability strategy more comprehensive and identified climate, people and innovation as our focus areas.

We launched the Equal Borusan Gender Lens and our company general managers signed the commitment letter.

At Kıyıköy WPP, which we built on behalf of Borusan EnBW Enerji, we increased the total power of the power plant to 100 megawatts with a capacity increase of 72 megawatts. We added 20 more wind turbines, each with a capacity of 3.6 megawatts, and commissioned the power plant at full capacity.

Borçelik publishes the first TCFD report of the iron and steel industry in Türkiye.

In order for our stakeholders to adopt our sustainability culture and understanding, we launched the Borusan Sustainable Procurement Policy.

We acquired all the shares of Borusan Mannesmann, which was established as the first industrial enterprise of Borusan Group and in which we had long held majority shares, and the new name of the company became Borusan Boru. We acquired Berg Pipe, which has been operating for 44 years with two plants in Florida and Alabama states of the USA. We invested EUR 15 million to establish a new plant in Romania.

We established Borusan Ventures to partner with visionary entrepreneurs who shape the future.

We realized the Petrol Ofisi Group cooperation through Borusan EnBW Enerji in the field of electric vehicle charging stations.

Borçelik becomes the first internationally ResponsibleSteel™ certified production facility in Türkiye with its Gemlik production facility.
