Our Orange Ethical
Principle

We formed the "Orange Ethics Hotline" as a part of this responsibility. Borusan employees can use this Hotline to receive consultation and information concerning their behavior as well as that of other Borusan employees. All reporting on compliance with the code of ethics for Borusan Group companies and their employees is expected to be performed via this Hotline. The Ethics and Compliance Committee responds to all kinds of questions and reports.

The Borusan Holding Ethics and Compliance Committee is responsible for investigating reports of violations of code of ethics and compliance rules and developing solutions. The Ethics and Compliance Committee reports to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Borusan Holding and investigations are conducted by Borusan Holding Internal Audit Directorate. We reserve the reports of Borusan Group employees or third parties to the Ethics Committee. We work with expert suppliers in the management of this process. We ensure that review and investigation activities are carried out by independent experts in confidentiality.
