Borusan Otomotiv Group operates in premium automobile and motorcycle segment with its seven companies: Borusan Otomotiv İthalat, Borusan Otomotiv Pazarlama, Borusan Oto, Borusan Oto Kıbrıs, Borusan Otomotiv Premium, BOM Motor Sports and Borusan Oto Değerlendirme.

Borusan Otomotiv Group was established as a business partnership between Borusan Holding and GIWA Holding operating in Germany, took over the distributorship of BMW Türkiye in 1984 and BMW Motorrad in 1992, Land Rover in 1998, MINI in 2001 and finally with the participation of Jaguar in 2014, the brand range was completed.

Borusan Otomotiv İthalat has been the distributor of BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands in Türkiye for 40 years and Borusan Otomotiv Pazarlama operates as the distributor of Range Rover, Defender, Discovery ve Jaguar brands. Borusan Otomotiv Group provides sales and after-sales services through 25 Authorized Dealers and 46 Authorized Services. Borusan Oto, engages in the sales and aftersales services of all brands represented by Borusan Otomotiv and operates as a Borusan Otomotiv Authorized Dealer and Authorized Service at 11 facilities; Borusan Oto Kıbrıs, operating as the Authorized Dealer and Authorized Service for Jaguar and Land Rover, serves at the Northern Cyprus facility, focusing on providing customers with the best experience. Borusan Otomotiv Premium has been operating since 2012 and offers long-term lease service, financing and insurance solutions for Range Rover, Defender, Discovery ve Jaguar and many other brands and models at all its authorized dealers. Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport (BOM) established in 2008 to contribute to the development of motor sports in Türkiye and the promotion of Türkiye abroad, has participated in nearly 450 races held on 39 different circuits in 22 countries on 4 continents and won 20 championships, and includes BOM Akademi, BOM E-Team and BOM Karting departments. Operating since 2001, Borusan Araç İhale, the trusted brand in used car auctions, was incorporated into the Borusan Otomotiv Group in 2023 under the name Borusan Oto Değerlendirme. With the Borusan Next brand, it provides cash purchase, trade-in, sales, and service solutions for used cars of all brands and models that meet the determined criteria, along with financing and insurance services through business partners. Additionally, Borusan Next İhale, operating under the Borusan Next structure, continues to offer industry-leading auction processes to member dealerships and authorized sellers.
