Alpha Young Talent Program

Since 1991, our Borusan Alpha Young Talent Program, which has won the international The Peer Awards for Excellence award, has been training the leaders of the future by recruiting and developing young graduates with high potential to Borusan Group. 

We evaluate students who may receive their bachelor's or master's degrees in June/July of the current year with tools that allow us to measure their potentials. After the evaluation, we support new graduates who are hired full-time in our two-year structured development program to become the leaders of the future.

Alpha Internship Program

Within the scope of our Borusan Alpha Internship Program, we consider 3rd and 4th year college students or graduate students as long-term interns. During this program, students continue their education while doing their internship 2 or 3 days a week. Our Alpha interns learn, develop, take part in projects and contribute with experienced Borusan employees from the first day they start their internship. In this way, we ensure that they start their careers one step ahead.

We always evaluate the graduated interns for the Borusan Alpha Young Talent Program and support them to continue their Borusan journey.
