Children’s Dreams Light Up Borusan’s 2009 Annual Report

August 3rd, 2010 - İstanbul; Borusan Holding prepared its 2009 Annual Report with a different approach, asking Borusan Kids, the children of the Holding’s employees to paint about their dreams regarding the future.
 
The Borusan Kids, who would shape up the tomorrow’s world, reflected in their paintings with the theme “Colors of Tomorrow”, how they see, imagine and perceived the future.
The paintings were evaluated  and selected   based on their richness in visual presentation by an expert jury, consisting of Prof. Dr. Haluk Yavuzer (psychologist), Aytül Akal (children books writer) and Yiğit Yazıcı (painter) .The selected paintings  contributed to  the main themes  and add ed  a different color to Borusan Holding’s 2009 Annual Report.   All of the pictures painted by Borusan Kids were also included in the report.
 
“We wanted to design the annual report, in a way that would reflect our confidence and hopes regarding the future” said Borusan Holding Corporate Communications Manager Şule Yücebıyık, on the report: “The Borusan Holding 2009 Annual Report, holds within 102 paintings from 77 Borusan Kids, and for us, this is the utmost expression of Borusan’s emphasis on strategy making and planning, as it moves on with its vision to become a global company.
