Yücebıyık focused that companies as well as governments, local authorities and NGOs should speed up their social utility works to be able to leave a livable world for the next generations. She added, “Borusan invests on sustainable and beneficial social projects such as the Project ‘My Mom’s Job is My Future’, which has been initiated to increase women employment in the industry and microcredit branches that provide financial support to female entrepreneurs. Being the first and only corporation from Turkey that has been invited to the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles Leadership Group, Borusan has an important mission of being a pioneer in this field and encouraging the increase of good examples.”

Şule Yücebıyık pointed out that only 28% of the total female population in Turkey is working and more than half of them are unregistered. She added that it is important to increase such projects like “My Mom’s Job is My Future” but ensuring the sustainability of these projects is as much important. “Sustainability of CRS studies that create an added value for the society and serve for the development of it plays a key role to ensure that the project causes an actual change. “
