The system developed by T4 People Analytics can automatically interpret and classify employees’ open-ended feedback using artificial intelligence models and provide recommendations. This enables the identification of both the topics of feedback and the emotional states of employees, allowing for a solution-oriented and swift response. The new generation surveys and digital communication technologies are implemented to deeply understand and improve the employee experience.
