Borusan Group, which has played a significant role in Turkey’s industrialization and development, has announced its 2025 financial results and investment plans for the coming period.

Borusan closed 2025 with 27% growth, reaching TL 326 billion in consolidated revenue. EBITDA increased by 82% year-on-year, reaching TL 38 billion. To further accelerate its growth momentum, the Group plans to invest TL 20 billion in 2026 across the sectors in which it operates.

Commenting on the results, Borusan Group CEO Özgür Günaydın stated: “We have successfully closed out 2025. These strong financial results are the clearest reflection of Borusan’s deep-rooted structure and corporate strength. Inheriting such a solid legacy as I take on the role of Group CEO has given me great pride and motivation. Ahead of us lies an exciting period in which we will build further on our current financial and operational achievements. As we do so, our foundation will remain the vision of ‘People First, Pioneering and Reliable Borusan.’ Together with all our stakeholders, we are creating value across generations for a better future. We will bring our 2026 investment plans to life guided by exactly this understanding.”

Growing through investment

Borusan’s strong performance in 2025 reflects the Group’s robust presence across diverse sectors and its long-term growth strategy. These results also clearly demonstrate the success of Borusan’s broad and balanced portfolio, as well as its ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

In line with its dynamic portfolio strategy, Borusan Group also completed the sale of its 100% stake in Borusan Tedarik to CEVA Logistics in 2025.

Borusan has allocated its planned 2026 investments as follows: TL 8 billion to the manufacturing sector, TL 8 billion to the automotive sector, TL 2 billion to the machinery and power systems sector, TL 1 billion to the energy sector, and TL 1 billion to the logistics sector. This investment plan, which reflects Borusan’s confidence in the Turkish economy, will play a critical role in achieving its strategic objectives.

Creating value through the vision of “People First, Pioneering and Reliable Borusan”

At the core of this resilient and robust structure lies the vision of “People First, Pioneering and Reliable Borusan.” Centered on the mission of “creating value together with all stakeholders for a better future across generations,” the key strategy that will carry Borusan toward this vision is “sustainable, profitable growth.” In implementing this growth strategy, the Group draws strength from four critical focus areas: technology and artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and ecosystem, talent and culture, and stakeholder and reputation management.

This new vision and sustainable, profitable growth strategy represent the most important driving force in Borusan Group’s journey to sustain its presence for 200 years and beyond. At the same time, the Group continues to generate tangible value for everyone it touches — from its employees and customers to its investors, business partners, and the communities in which it operates.
